Apr. 8th, 2010 05:54 pmBaseball season is just getting underway, and once again, I bemoan the fact that I do not have a TV. Reading reports on Yahoo!Sports about my favorite teams is so lackluster compared to actually watching it on a screen. Ah well. That's the price I pay for wanting to save money by not having cable.
I've been trying to write amid working at my day job, but real life has been hectic and I've been slacking. For the rest of today though, I have it planned to finish a movie review for Helium.com, write some flash stories, and outline a short story for publication. There is a high chance though that only the movie review will get worked on as I also plan on watching said movie to refresh my memory. Movies are so much fun, but such a time waster.
Saturday is my day off from the day job, and I'm hoping to get out and go to a bookstore to pick up something new. It feels like it has been ages since I've held a physical book in my hand instead of reading online.
